Rapid Sched For Centricity® CPS / athenaPractice™
Rapid Sched allows Centricity users the abiltiy to quickly schedule a patient from the Patient Registration module. Users can click the button called Rapid Sched at the top of the Registration screen and the following search criteria screen will display for the user:
Users can perform any combination of the following functions:
1) Select All or multiple facilities
2) Select All or multiple providers
3) Select All or multiple appointment types
4) Select a Starting Date for searching appointments
Based on the search criteria, Rapid Sched will display the first 30 results that match the search information.
The user can then select the appointment slot by clicking the check box and Create New button.
The Rapid Sched report will allow for monitoring of appointments scheduled through the Rapid Sched module.
