Appointment Follow Up for GE Centricity®

How it works...

​From the Schedule Screen in Centricity CPS, when a user is clicked on an appointment, they can click on the Follow Up button to being the follow up process:

When the Follow Up is launched the Follow Up Screen will display for the user:

Once the user clicks on Log Follow Up, the Attachment portion of the product will then allow the user to attach a .jpg or .tiff file to the follow up as part of the permanent record:

From the Main Screen in CPS, there is a Follow Up button which will launch the Follow Up System to identify any accounts to work with:

From this screen a user can select a follow up to work with:

Edit a case by selecting View Follow Up; users can add additional notes or change the options on the follow up item:
